Medical team
London Acute Care works in partnership with teaching hospital consultants covering all medical specialities. Our acute care team
is led by Dr Paul Glynne, one of the leading Physicians and Intensivists in London.
In-patient care is provided in hospitals of the highest standard such as The London Clinic.
Surgical team
Our surgical team is led by Mr Arj Shankar, Consultant Surgeon and Clinical Director
of Surgery at University College Hospitals. His team comprises leading consultants in all surgical sub-specialities.
General Practitioners
Our team of general practitioners is available to see self-referred patients in surgery or at their home any time of the day or
night. The service provided is of the highest quality and we aim to get a doctor to see you within one hour of your call.
Occasionally we might advise you to dial 999 if the doctor decides that your condition cannot wait.
Our General Practitioner team is led by Dr Paul Ettlinger and
Dr Cristina Romete.
Radiology
There maybe situations when one needs to have a scan, an X-ray or an interventional radiological procedure as a matter of urgency
during or out of normal working hours. London Acute Care works in partnership with renowned hospitals with state-of-the-art
equipment and we ensure that our patients have rapid access to such investigations when needed.
We work in partnership with London Acute Imaging, a group of leading consultant radiologists that always provide us with the
best expertise available in London. They are available 24/7 for London Acute Care patients.
